I've Gone and Done It

I started my Christmas shopping yesterday.

I know. I know.

But it was completely by accident, I assure you. I was walking through Kohl's and saw something perfect for my daughter (won't say what in case she's reading this!). So I snapped it up. Because you know, you just know, that if I waited till Christmastime that item would be looooong gone.

Honestly, I've always been disturbed by the thought of shopping so early in the season, but it's kind of fun. I might do more. And won't it be nice come December when I'm not running around like a crazy woman (okay, a normal state for me) looking for something, anything just to be done?

I think so. Or at least I'm telling myself that. Justification at its finest.
