Okay, usually Tuesdays are reserved for Spotlight On... Books.
And though I did read a book last week on vacation, it stunk.
So in the spirit of if you don't have anything nice to say, I'm not saying anything.
Instead, I have a Spotlight On... My vacation (I'm trying to hold onto it as long as I can!)

Apparently there's been epic rain in Vermont--makes for a lot of mud on the trails.

If you hike up Cadillac Mountain, you'll see views like this.
Of course, you could also drive to the top, but I like to think the views
wouldn't be nearly as good.

Fellow author Jessica Conant-Park told me about Indian Point, near
Bar Harbor, a spot to seal-watch. They never really came close to shore but it
was so fun to watch their antics.

ReplyDeleteToo bad about spending vacation with a lousy book...over the weekend I read Janet Evanovich's Finger Lickin' Fifteen. It's the first Plum novel I've read, and loads of fun. I especially loved Lula and Grandma...they're a hoot together.

Melissa, I totally agree with you, so if you're prejudiced, then so am I! And I CANNOT believe that's the first Janet E book you've read. You. Must. Get. Backlist.
