Resolution # 2:
I will find the time or make the time to READ more. And I also want to keep track of the books I read this year. Oh, and widen my horizons. More classics. More nonfiction. More craft (writing) books.

PS: Lucy Valentine is blogging today at Killer Characters, and I'm blogging at The Naked Hero. Busy, busy!
A book journal really is a great thing. For 7 years now I have written down every book I've read along with a brief description in journals and I absolutely cherish them.
ReplyDeleteI have an Excel database of all the books I've read for the past 3 years.
ReplyDeleteI don't have to resolve to read more but my resolutions include reading more non-fiction. Serious, expand-my-knowledge of the world type non-fiction. Even when I have a great new mystery on hand to choose instead. (This will be a challenge.)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your goal, Heather! I've been keeping track of books read since HS. I actually read 20 more books than last year, a broad mix of romance, mystery, nonfic, YA, classics, etc. Ironically, a friend read 20 fewer than she usually does. Coincidence? Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteYou all know I'll do just about anything to have to buy a new notebook/journal. Great idea to keep track!
