    I love cardinals for that bright splash of color the bring to washed out winter landscapes!

    T, I actually think the females are cute. Not grand at all like the male, but her orange beak and tuft are very sweet.

    MC, we have a peanut feeder for the blue jays so we get a lot of them. They're beautiful--and loud!

    Dru, I hope so!!! Though, cardinals do stay around all year.
