Okay, there I was after trying on clothes the other day looking at my hair standing on end. Static had completely taken over, and smoothing with my fingers just made it worse.
So I hosey department stores start carrying fabric softener sheets in the dressing rooms. One swipe over your hair and the static problem is gone. And, maybe, I should stuff one in my purse. I do keep extras with my brushes at home--a quick fix for those pesky flyaways. It really works.
