Well, not technically a snow day. Yet. There's a two hour delay, but odds are school will be called off since there's lots of snow on the way.
So, the kids are up and at 'em already (since the delay was called so late), so one is drawing and one is watching repeats of the office. And me? I'm thinking that writing today isn't going to happen. Even though it really needs to happen!
I think this is a perfect time to work on some covers for Hoe. See what I like, what I don't. I love that kind of thing, so it should be fun! Definitely snow-day worthy.
Hopefully I can get some mock-ups of covers posted here later today or tomorrow. Would love feedback.

Looking forward to seeing what cover ideas you have.
ReplyDeleteI'll just say it. You're amazing. Between the covers and the editing, I'd be crosseyed! I'm excited to see the finished product, though! Can't wait to see what you put on the cover.
ReplyDeleteAnd I, too, miss Nina, and I miss all her friends, too! It was a fantastic series.
Looking forward to seeing your new covers. Tell the kids that if I could, I'd send them the snow we have (about 6 inches still).

Have fun!
ReplyDeleteWe're supposed to get 2-4 inches tonight so I'm hoping for at least a two hour delay. :)
Know what happens when you retire and the grandkids' schools close? Yup, not much writing happening here today either.
